Recently tackled a challenging shower repair in a first-floor flat where a wrongly seated tray caused a significant leak that affected both the customer and their neighbour downstairs. The walls and supporting timbers were damaged from water penetration, so we had to strip everything back to the bare partitions and brickwork.
