We wrapped up this beautiful bathroom renovation just before Easter, and it’s one we’re especially proud of. The project began with a full strip-out, including double tiling on the walls — not the easiest start, but worth it for the result.
Marble tiles were installed halfway up the walls for a clean, elegant finish, and mosaic tiles added texture and grip to the wet room shower floor. We fitted electric underfloor heating to keep things warm and efficient — running at just around 25p per hour.
The walls were skimmed and painted with Valspar 700 for a crisp, fresh look. We installed a powerful jet shower with a concealed mixer — no glass panel needed, and thanks to the heated floor, any splashes dry quickly. To top it off, we added pressure boost pumps to ensure strong water flow, even with a gravity-fed system.
We started at the end of March and finished just in time for Easter — a fully functional, stylish bathroom ready to enjoy from day one.
